JBossWS 7.3.1.Final is released!

JBossWS-CXF 7.3.1.Final has been released. In this release, we mainly fixed issue: JBWS-4433:Don’t create JAXPDelegateClassLoader for each invocation in the CXFServletExt to improve the performance. For complete issue list, please check the Release Notes.
